Waiver and Release Form
Services are offered to individuals and groups, both online and in person, and are referred to below as "the Client."
By participating in breathwork sessions with In Wonder, the Client acknowledges:

Breathwork is not intended to replace medical care and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

No guarantees are made regarding specific experiences or outcomes.

Participation is voluntary, and the Client assumes full responsibility for any known or unknown risks, including physical, emotional, or psychological effects.
All new clients must complete an intake form before their first session.
The Client acknowledges that breathwork is not a substitute for psychological counselling, therapy, or medical advice. As a Breathwork Facilitator, I will exercise my best professional efforts, skills, and care to meet the Client's intentions for the sessions. The Client voluntarily chooses to participate and assumes full responsibility for any decisions made during or after the session.
By participating in breathwork sessions, the Client releases In Wonder, its agents, and employees from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever arising from or related to their participation, including but not limited to accidents, medical issues, and personal outcomes.
Contraindications
Breathwork can result in physiological changes and intense emotional experiences. As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated for certain breathwork practices, such as Conscious Connected Breathwork:

Pregnancy

Detached retina or glaucoma

High blood pressure (uncontrolled)

Cardiovascular disease, including angina, heart attack, or stroke

Diagnosed aneurysm (brain or abdomen)

Uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions

Asthma (please bring an inhaler if applicable)

Epilepsy

Diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions

Hospitalization for psychiatric or emotional crises in the last 10 years

Any medical, psychiatric, or physical condition that may impair or affect the ability to engage in intense physical and/or emotional release
Clients are encouraged to consult a primary healthcare provider before participating in breathwork sessions. In Wonder takes no responsibility for any injuries or conditions arising from participation.
Touch Policy
Breathwork sessions may involve light physical touch to support the Client’s experience. Consent will be discussed before each session, and Clients may decline or request to stop any physical contact at any time by saying "stop."
Record Keeping
Client records will be stored securely for a minimum of seven years after the last session. In the case of minors, records will be kept for at least seven years after they reach the age of 18. Clients may request access to their records via email, with a response time of no more than 20 days.
Photography & Filming
By participating in In Wonder events, Clients consent to being recorded in photographs or videos, which may be used in promotional or educational materials. Clients will always be notified in advance if publicity footage will be taken, ensuring respect for the sacred space of the sessions.
This agreement and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
By signing up for a session, the Client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
