 1:1 Breathwork

  • Want to nurture your mind-body connection but don't know where to begin?

  • Want a grounding body-based practice so you spend less time in your head and more time feeling your body?

  • Feel like you're carrying emotional stress that is causing physical tension or pain - which is not explained by the medical model?

  • Have a deep desire for more lightness, joy, and creativity in your life?

  • Want to tap into a vibrant life force energy?

Do any of these resonate?

I am here to support you through breathwork that incorporates a somatic nervous system and trauma-informed approach.

What is Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is a rhythmic, circular technique with no pause between the inhale and exhale - like an unbroken wave.

When we are stressed, fearful, or disconnected from our bodies, we tend to hold our breath and clench our muscles, restricting the flow of oxygen and energy to our blood, tissues, and organs.

By nurturing the breath, we restore the natural flow of energy through our body - inviting vitality, creativity, and a sense of wonder back into our lives.

Breathwork Benefits

Through research, personal experience, and working with clients, I know that befriending the breath is key to:

  • Accessing deep emotional healing without the need for analysis or rationalization

  • Reducing bodily tension, alleviating chronic unexplained pain symptoms

  • Bridging the conscious and unconscious mind to gain intuitive insights

  • Complementing talk therapy by integrating mind-body healing

  • Reducing stress and anxiety while building emotional resilience

  • Enhancing mental clarity and focus

  • Boosting energy levels and vitality

  • Strengthening the immune system and overall well-being

  • Supporting trauma resolution and emotional processing

What to expect

Structure:

  1. Initial Consultation (20-30 mins) We discuss your current state, challenges, and goals. New clients will also complete an intake form before the session.

  2. Breathwork Practice (30-50 mins) You are guided into a somatic meditation to connect with the body and then the conscious connected breathing while lying down or sitting up in a relaxed private space. Music may be played.

  3. Integration & Grounding (15 mins): Time to process, reflect, and receive personalised aftercare recommendations.

Time commitment:

  • Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

Frequency:

You are welcome to book a one-off session, but like any practice, consistency is key to fully experiencing the benefits.

  • For deeper work: A series of 3–5 sessions can help you develop your own breathwork practice.

  • For transformation: A series of 10 sessions (every 1–2 weeks) is recommended for profound shifts in emotional and physical well-being.

Location:

  • Online or In-Person in London

Effects of the practice:

Breathwork activates the body's natural ability to heal and restore balance. Through rhythmic, continuous breathing, you may experience:

  • Tingling sensations

  • Changes in body temperature

  • Emotional release

  • Deep relaxation

  • Heightened awareness and clarity

Each session is unique, and your body will only process what it is ready for. I strongly believe in working with the body’s natural intelligence - honouring a gentle, steady approach rather than pushing for fast, cathartic releases that may feel overwhelming for your nervous system. True transformation happens in safety and integration.
